1. Firm setup, Custom components, API development, troubleshooting.
2. Excellent Communication; ability to address client & team queries.
3. Knowledge on advance Tekla usage.
4. Knowledge on template editing, basic custom components creation, report creation.
5. Understanding on what an API can perform and its importance.
6. Be a quick learner

SDS/2:

1. Job folder setup, Parametrics, Report writing, API development (would be added advantage).
2. Basic knowledge in report writing
3. Added advantage would be if he is aware of detailing templates
4. Should know the automation importance in modeling / checking / detailing areas
5. Be a quick learner
