Job Description:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. 10–15 years of experience in electrical design and power systems engineering.
3. Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a senior/lead role managing power system projects.
4. Strong technical background in Power Systems, Food Industry, and Automobile Manufacturing domains.
5. Good knowledge of electrical component sizing and selection.
6. Experience in preparing Electrical BOM (EBOM) from layout drawings.
7. Hands-on experience in cable scheduling, manufacturing specifications, and site installation documentation.
8. Good understanding of NEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA, and electrical standards.
9. Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, and manufacturing support.
10. Ability to lead the electrical design process from project kickoff through production release.
11. Strong project management and team leadership skills.
12. Experience in resolving design issues, conducting design reviews, and ensuring timely delivery.
13. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple clients.
14. Provide technical support during production build and testing phases.
15. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
